Nature's Valley

Nature's Valley truly is one of the secret spots on the Garden Route. To get to it one has to get of the N2 highway and drive down the Groot River Pass to get to the coast. Nature's Valley is a very undeveloped holiday village with its main features being the lovely stretch of beach and the Groot River lagoon.

  1. Hi!! Great photos! I grew up in Umtata, and although I live in a beautiful part of England now - I still get homesick xx

  2. Hi, this photo is great, I visited this area not so long ago, I stayed in Plettenberg Bay (Plett) as the locals call it. And wow is it beautiful. I really want to go back and I would just like to say to the Starling Village Backpackers team, guys you rock!!!

  3. You are right - Nature's Valley is an undiscovered, undeveloped gem. I spent one of the best holidays of recent years in a rented house there - so peaceful. Great shot from an unusual angle!
